Sound Tests

These are not your Grandpa’s sound tests! Most sound door tests are conducted in labs that are unable to accurately measure the performance of a door, cannot measure below 125 Hz or above 4,000 Hz, or are not tested in independent labs. This is not the case with our tests. All testing was conducted in the most accurate acoustics lab in the United States, NWAA Labs. The precision testing conducted at NWAA Labs allows for accurate measurements from 50 Hz up to 10,000 Hz. All testing was completed independently with fully operable doors unless marked as a slab test. Each of these tests is available in our password protected sound test directory.

When specifying our doors for your project, please use the company name IsoStore along with our model naming structure found below. Contact us with any questions regarding our testing or specifying our doors on your projects.
